High Museum of Art is one of the most important museum in Southern United States. In it's collection, it has over 11,000 pieces of work. These include European paintings, 20th century American art, African American art, photography among others. They also publish full colour catalogues of their exhibitions as well. You can join as a member and enjoy unlimited "free" access to the museum. Individual membership starts from US$65. They are opened from Tuesday to Sunday except public holidays.
